Cash competitive with a Series B fintech. Meaningful ESOPs in Mithtech — vested + transferable under a straightforward grant agreement.

Customer operations lead

Own KYC approvals, settlement exceptions, and customer support. Investment-product background required; ISIN + DIS familiarity ideal.
