Refund Policy

Timelines, eligibility, and dispute handling for orders placed on Polemarch.

Eligibility

A refund may be granted in the following situations:

  • Your order was cancelled in line with our cancellation policy before execution commenced.
  • Funds were deposited but the underlying trade could not be executed due to seller cancellation, KYC rejection, or failed settlement.
  • A pricing or billing error was made on our side.
  • Regulatory or counterparty issues prevented the transaction from completing within the agreed settlement window.

Timelines

Once a refund is approved, funds are returned to your registered bank account within 3 to 7 business days. Processing times depend on the channel:

  • IMPS / UPI: typically within 1 business day.
  • NEFT / RTGS: 2 to 5 business days.
  • Net banking reversals: 3 to 7 business days.

Polemarch is not liable for delays caused by your bank or intermediary payment processors.

What is not refundable

  • Processing fees, once an order is submitted and accepted.
  • Transactions that have already been executed and settled to your demat account.
  • Losses from price movement between order placement and execution.
  • Bank, payment gateway, or depository charges levied directly by the institution.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@polemarch.in with your order ID and reason.
  2. Our team reviews the request within 2 business days and responds with an eligibility decision.
  3. If approved, we initiate the refund immediately. You'll receive a reference number you can use to track the transfer with your bank.
  4. If declined, we explain why and offer dispute escalation options.

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate via the contact channels below. Polemarch follows a documented grievance process with defined response times.

For matters involving SEBI-regulated securities, you also have the right to approach SEBI's SCORES platform (scores.gov.in) or the Investor Grievance Cell of the relevant depository.
