Cap tables are the source of truth for who owns what. Polemarch treats captable data the same way it treats wallet ledgers and depository holdings — encrypted, append-only, and exportable on demand.
Audit-grade event log
Every cap-table mutation lands as an immutable, timestamped row. Diligence and statutory filings export the full history without hand-stitched spreadsheets.
Encryption + access control
Data at rest is encrypted with managed keys. Access to issuer cap tables is gated by SSO-backed role grants; stakeholder views are scoped to their own grants only.
KYC + depository rails
All stakeholders pass Polemarch's PAN + Aadhaar + bank + CMR verification before a grant credits. Tender + buyback proceeds settle through CDSL / NSDL the same way Polemarch trades do.
